Virtues are traits or qualities which dispose one to conduct oneself in a morally good manner. Traditionally they have been named Faith, Hope, Love/Charity and can trace their importance in Christian theology to Paul the Apostle in 1 Corinthians 13.
Meanings:
“Faith” (from the latin fidere – to trust) is typically defined as a belief which expresses confidence in the truth, value, or veracity of something or someone, and is often characterized by an absence of verifiable empirical justification or logical proof.
"Hope" is an optimistic attitude of mind based on an expectation or desire.
"Love" is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs."

"Charity"( a translation of the Greek word agapē, also meaning “love”) charity is a group designed to benefit society or a specific group of people in the areas of education and humanitarian aid. Charity work goes beyond giving relief to the poor, extending to the promotion of happiness and the support of many worthy causes.
